On April 27, the Townsend Schools 7th Grade Class (the class studying Montana History) visited historic Radersburg in Broadwater County.
The outing was co-sponsored by Preserve Broadwater History, Radersburg Historical Preservation, Inc. and the Broadwater Historical Society.
The students arrived at the historic Radersburg School (built in 1913) where Linda Huth (Broadwater County Museum Curator) made a presentation on the history of Radersburg. Afterwards they were treated to hamburgers, chips, cookies and water.
After lunch the students visited the Radersburg Methodist Church then made a trip to the Radersburg Cemetery.
